The ARGE Resettlement, consisting of the organizations Caritas, Diakonie and Rotes Kreuz (Red Cross) offers particularly vulnerable people who come to Austria via a resettlement program, support in everyday life. The aim is to support refugees in their first steps in Austria and to lay the foundation for their lives in their new home.
In Austria the ARGE Resettlement has been pleading for years with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the UNHCR for the establishment of a regular resettlement program with annual quotas. Further information can be found here. (PDF, German)
